SPORTS HALL 1st October 2003 - 30th September 2004 Updated 13 May 2004 U13/U15 SPORTSHALL SPORTSHALL NATIONAL FINAL, NIA, BIRMINGHAM - 18 APRIL 2004 Surrey's Under 15 Girls make history by winning their team title for the fifth year in succession. Despite qualifying for the Finals as runners-up to Essex in the Regional Final they reversed the positions with Essex finishing second. The scores were Surrey 1239, Essex 1214 with South Yorkshire third with 1117. Emily Martin (Hercules Wimbledon) was fifth in the individual event only 5 points behind the winner. The team managed by John Engall comprised the following six members: Jade Dodd (Herne Hill H), Magali Franka (Herne Hill H), Emily Martin (Hercules Wimbledon AC), Amelia Montagnani (Herne Hill H), Clair Stonestreet (Kingston AC & Polytechnic H) and Vanessa Ward (Guildford & Godalming AC). In the Under 15 Boys team event Surrey were fourth with 1079 points. The winners were Warwickshire with 1283 points.
